By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
These terms are written with Australian law in mind, but the app may be accessed from other countries. If mandatory laws in your location give you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
The service provides a Big Five personality assessment, explanatory content, report generation, optional saved report access, and may include premium AI-generated analysis, coaching-style responses, subscriptions, support features, and related tools.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including adding or removing features.
You must be legally capable of entering into these terms under the law that applies to you. If you are under the required age, you must use the service only with permission and involvement from a parent or guardian where required.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities that occur through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes.
You must not misuse the service. For example, you must not:
The assessment, reports, and AI-generated content are intended for general informational and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice.
AI output is generated automatically based on the information available to the system and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for how you interpret and use any output.
You should not rely on the service for crisis support, diagnosis, treatment decisions, legal conclusions, or other high-stakes decisions.
You retain ownership of content and information you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the platform.
By using the service, you give us a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide right to host, process, reproduce, adapt, store, and display your submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide the service, generate reports, run AI features, maintain security, and comply with law.
Where lawful, we may also use de-identified or aggregated data for analytics, product improvement, research, and benchmarking.
Some features may be free, while others may require payment, subscription, or entitlement unlocks.
If paid features are introduced or activated, additional pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax terms may be shown at checkout or in your account and will form part of these terms.
You are responsible for paying applicable charges for any paid plan you choose, subject to any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections.
We or our licensors own the service, including its software, branding, design, original content, and other intellectual property, except for content owned by users or third parties.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your personal, lawful use.
The service may rely on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, databases, AI processing, and payment handling.
We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services except to the extent required by law. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We try to keep the service available and reasonably accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content will always be current, complete, or suitable for your situation.
We may update content, scoring logic, AI prompts, product copy, and feature sets over time as the product evolves.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created risk for the platform or other users, or where suspension is needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable mandatory law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is otherwise provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim warranties that are not expressly required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, goodwill, opportunity, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
We make the service available from Australia, but it may be accessed elsewhere. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws that apply to you.
If you use the service from outside Australia, you understand that your information may be processed in Australia and other countries where our providers operate.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and, where relevant, the state or territory from which the service is operated, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, both sides should try to resolve disputes in good faith through the support or contact channel made available through the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different approach.
If you have a legal or account-related question about these terms, use the support or contact channel provided through the service.
